Welcome! My name is Charlotte, I am so happy that you are here.

Being a human is hard and deserves a space to be held and processed. Between the weight of immense responsibilities, complex relationships, unhealed childhood trauma, inner and external pressure, it is easy to feel lost, misunderstood, and isolated. As a New York City-based therapist, I partner with teens and adults of all life stages to bring understanding, processing, and meaning to these deeply challenging human experiences. Together, we will look beneath the surface to understand the deeper patterns driving inner distress and help you build a more grounded life, aligned with your unique goals and needs.

My sessions are a space for clients to come as they are. I engage an integrative, holistic, and collaborative approach. Together, we will explore and learn how to engage with emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a healthy way, developing lasting skills, building inner resilience, and encouraging self exploration to foster deeper awareness.

My compassion, warmth, and dedication to my clients creates a nonjudgemental, nurturing counseling environment. The most rewarding part of this work is seeing my clients grow and develop a greater understanding of themselves and what they are able to overcome. I am honored to walk along side you within this process.
